Many of our employees have been working in the automotive and tire industry for years – some even for decades. They apply this deep knowledge every day for the benefit of our customers.
Benjamin has been working in the automotive industry for over 20 years.
Initially as a Key Account Manager, he led the national and international fleet business of well-known brand companies for many years – primarily focusing on the implementation and development of fleet management processes. Since autumn 2022, he has been the Managing Director of Pneuhage Fleet Solution and impresses customers, suppliers, and employees alike with his expertise and exceptional commitment. In his free time, he enjoys activities and team sports that get the adrenaline pumping.
Alessandro loves his job and, like many at Pneuhage Fleet Solution, comes from the in-house "Pneuhage forge".
Although he is still young, he already has extensive fleet experience. It all began in 2011 with his training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, which he successfully completed in 2014. After positions in both field and internal sales, where he always worked closely with customers, he joined PFS as a Key Account Manager at the beginning of 2023. His free time is devoted entirely to his family and friends.
Aurelie has been with us since 2022 but is already a pro in managing and handling our winter complete wheel service for our fleet customers in the leasing business.
But that's not all: She is the first point of contact for our customers on the hotline and takes care of breakdown assistance and order processing. In her free time, she loves spending time with her animals, reading, or supporting her football club. Additionally, she is involved in animal rescue work on a voluntary basis.
Dieter has been working as a master craftsman and business economist in the car industry for over 20 years.
He has managed several car and tire service branches for many years and gained extensive experience in implementing fleet management processes in car fleets. With his practical experience as an automotive master, he is the go-to person for all technical questions related to cars. Hiking, camping, and traveling with his family in nature are regular parts of his free time. He has been a passionate musician for years and plays several instruments.
Kate has been a member of our team since the summer of 2024.
She not only loves reading, baking, and cooking, but also enjoys spending a lot of time with her family and friends. She is passionate about travel, music, and walks in nature. Professionally, Kate brings valuable experience from a logistics and building materials trading company. As a trained freight forwarding and logistics services specialist, she will enrich our team with her expertise and drive.
Heidrun has been with Pneuhage for over 20 years.
It all started with our franchise system, Reifen 1+, where she gained valuable experience in tire and car service. This experience is now successfully applied in managing large car and truck fleets – for example, at Cargobull or ECR Solutions! A big part of her free time is dedicated to football: after her active time as a player, she is now a passionate fan.
Erkan started his training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant within the corporate group in 2022 and has been a permanent member of the PFS team since January 2024.
He brings his expertise mainly in the area of winter complete wheels and large customers. Additionally, Erkan supports the team in car services and takes on tasks in hotline support. In his free time, Erkan enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is also an avid video gamer and uses gaming as a way to unwind from the workday.
Diana has been a valuable part of Pneuhage for many years.
After working as an internal sales representative at one of our branches, she took over the warehouse management there. With extensive experience in the car and van sector as well as handling large consumer orders, she brings a wealth of expertise. In her free time, she enjoys dedicating herself to her house and garden, implementing creative renovation and design projects.
Michael is the tire expert at our company.
He has been working in this industry for 25 years and with Pneuhage Fleet Solution since 2019. He has gained fleet management experience with both large national and international fleets in various positions, including at Bridgestone and Knorr Bremse in Munich. In his role as Key Account Manager, he takes care of the large fleet customers of the Pneuhage Group. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and relaxing in his garden.
When it comes to high consulting expertise around tires, we ask Larissa.
Since 2019, she has successfully been supporting our fleet customers on our hotline, and before that, she worked for 6 years at one of the largest premium manufacturers in the tire industry. Empathy and likability are key in convincing customer support. Larissa demonstrates this not only in her work but also in her free time, which she enjoys spending with her family or friends at good restaurants.
After completing her training as a tax specialist, Samantha joined Pneuhage Fleet Solution in 2007.
Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in various areas and has since specialized in system billing. In her free time, she is involved in renovating her home and giving guitar lessons. She can often be found on the soccer field, where she supports her son and her husband, the coach.
Maria is a long-time member of Pneuhage and has been with us since 1996:
From her training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant to her work in the procurement of alloy wheels and managing Pneuhage fleet customers, she has gained extensive experience. Her strengths lie in proactive planning of fleet management processes and organizing and coordinating all parties involved. This is exactly what has made her the successful head of the back office team since 2020. In her free time, she is a true family person and enjoys spending time with everything that brings her joy.
Ten years of professional experience in the automotive and tire industry speak for themselves:
Samantha worked for many years directly at the point of sale in a Pneuhage branch and knows exactly what our fleet customers need. She is therefore the "go-to" person at PFS when it comes to car and truck mobility. With the same expertise, she is also well-versed in equestrian sports, as she spends every free minute on weekends with horses.
Tina considers herself a "Pneuhage home-grown talent."
And there's a reason for that, as she has been with us since 2009: It all started with her training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant. In a Pneuhage branch in Karlsruhe, she became a tire and automotive expert at the point of sale, and since 2016, she has been building her career at PFS as a Key Account Manager. On top of that, she's pursuing a degree in business administration with a focus on international business and foreign languages... and much more...
And she even finds some time for her hobby: Equestrian sports!
When it comes to the basics of "big tires," you can't get past Sebastian at Pneuhage.
From A to Z, he is our absolute specialist. As a trained vulcanizer, he knows exactly what a tire looks like on the inside and how "a good tire" should look on the outside. This is especially true for the areas of trucks and commercial vehicles, where Sebastian has been leading PFS since the fall of 2022. And he does this with incredible passion. With the same enthusiasm, he is a family man and enjoys every free minute with his wife and children.
Tino is a true "Pneuhage home-grown talent" and has been working in the corporate group since 2017.
During his training as a merchant at the Pneuhage Reifendienste branch in Bruchsal, he learned the tough day-to-day business from the ground up. He then worked for 3 years in sales with a focus on truck fleets, before switching to the fleet management business of Pneuhage Fleet Solution in early January 2023. In his free time, he has a passion for football, which he also plays actively in a club.
Since the beginning of the year, Florian has strengthened the Pneuhage team with his in-depth expertise as an automotive salesman and automotive business economist.
With over ten years of experience in the car sector, sales, and leadership roles in the motorhome industry, he is an expert in team development and motivation. His passion for cars is also reflected in his private life – for Florian, it is more of a hobby than work. Outside of work, his heart beats for mountain biking, football, and family time.
New to the team is Isabel.
She previously worked in the drugstore and cosmetics industry, where she completed her training as a druggist and later furthered her education to become a retail specialist. She is a proud mother of a four-year-old daughter and enjoys spending her free time with her family, going for long walks, outings, and short vacations. Additionally, she enjoys meeting up with friends, listening to good music, and enjoying great food.
Andre Steib is a trained industrial clerk and has been working in the tire industry since 2012, always with a focus on sales.
During these seven years, he gained valuable experience in tire trading in various roles. His expertise is primarily in truck tires and commercial vehicles. Since the beginning of 2024, Andre has joined PFS as a Key Account Manager and is responsible for large clients in the commercial vehicle tire sector. In his free time, Andre enjoys spending time with his family, traveling frequently, and is an active member of both the sports club and the fire department.
Christian has several years of experience in the tire business at one of our branches and has also gained expertise in the field of automotive parts and workshop equipment.
With this, he brings comprehensive know-how and understands the needs of our customers. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, watching football, and spending time with family and friends – a welcome change from his daily work routine.

After completing his training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, Sascha gained his first professional experience before working in the warehouse office of our wholesale business in 2017.
He later specialized in retreading technology. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, traveling, or visiting cinemas and concerts. Football is also one of his great passions, which he follows with enthusiasm.
Gabriel has a degree in business administration and enriches our team with his passion for sales and SAP SD.
In his free time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. As a proud father of a young son, he especially cherishes the time with his family. He is also a big football fan and cheers for his team with great enthusiasm.
