Transparency and responsibility

We have established a complaints procedure that enables employees, business partners, and third parties to report human rights or environmental risks or violations of duty occurring within our business operations or those of our direct suppliers. This whistleblower system allows for anonymous, confidential, and secure communication. We will investigate every report received and ensure, in particular, that the whistleblower does not face any retaliation or other disadvantages as a result of using the system.
